 Available Summer Weekly Services
*1:1 SEL & mindfulness infused literacy/math coaching for K-4 students
1x40 mins week ($50), 2x40 mins ($85)
​*Small Group SEL & mindfulness infused literacy/math coaching for grades K-2
1x40 mins ($40), 2x40 mins ($75)
*Small Group SEL & mindfulness infused literacy/math coaching for grades 3-4
1x40 mins ($40), 2x40 mins ($75)


*All academic coaching services are infused with Social Emotional Learning experiences & mindfulness practices that support self-awareness, self-management skills and relationship skills 
*Available via Zoom or in person in the Rochester, NY area (at an agreed upon public library, park, etc)
*All children will have individualized learning targets created based on their present academic and social/emotional levels
*Pre & Post assessments will be used to track progress
*Asynchronous learning experiences are available upon request for an additional fee
*Packages are available upon request

Healthy Mind Space offers mindfulness coaching and workshops to professional educators, preschools & childcare centers, and families throughout the Rochester, NY area. By practicing mindfulness in our everyday lives, and through intentional interactions in our classrooms, I believe we can help kids develop a greater capacity for kindness, compassion, positivity, self-confidence and the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
