This mindfulness coaching experience is designed for any team across a school setting - teachers, administrators, support staff, counselors, therapists and even parents who are interested in understanding more about the power and necessity of on-going social emotional learning and practice, particularly as educators. This course can also offer tools to pass onto colleagues in a “turn-key” fashion, with a focus on the key components of mindfulness: emotional regulation, attention control and presence.
This course will focus on learning what mindfulness is, how the brain works (and the power of 8), effective ways to integrate mindfulness into your personal and professional lives, and the secondary impact that mindfulness can have within your relationships with students, friends and family. Participants will leave this course with mindfulness based tools that are ready to implement immediately into your own lives - both personally and professionally.
Course Options
Option 1:
The course can be offered to any education setting in the Western New York/Rochester Region with 8 hours of in-person (LIVE) training, followed with 7 hours of online coaching to be completed within the first six months. Cost for up to 20 team participants is $849. If you are looking at registering a small group of 2-7 people, please contact us for pricing details.
Option 2:
Individualized instructional coaching packages and programs are available. Such packages can be designed to align with specific district/education setting initiatives. *price will reflect the individualized program
