CREATING MINDFULNESS WITHIN THE CLASSROOM + HOME
We dream of children who can control their attention, regulate their emotions and live in the present moment. But, are we intentionally teaching them how to do so?
This is the power of mindfulness.
The change starts with YOU.
At Healthy Mind Space - as the educators and parents - you will experience how mindfulness can transform your life in positive ways; how it can increase your own self-awareness and self-management skills. As you feel the power of mindfulness in your daily lives, you will learn to plan and engage in activities with your children; thus creating relationships with increased empathy, compassion, creativity and cognitive flexibility. A win-win!
